Commercially available fruit leather snacks often claim status as a “real fruit” products. These same snacks, as a rule, make extensive use of ingredients known as fruit concentrates. This two-part video episode takes such use of fruit concentrates to task by asking a simple question: Should snacks using these ingredients be considered fruit or fruit sugar?
